How do I list my business or service?

To list your service, start by registering for an account. Once logged in, you can choose either a free or paid listing plan. Fill out your business or organisation details, select the appropriate category, and submit for review. Most listings are approved within 24–48 hours.

Do I need to pay to be listed?

No, you don’t have to pay. We offer both free and paid listing options. The free listing gives you basic visibility in the directory, while the paid options allow you to enhance your presence with more features.

What’s included in the free listing?

A free listing allows you to showcase your business name, category, brief description, contact details, and location. It’s ideal for individuals or small organisations starting out.

What’s included in the paid listing?

Paid listings receive premium placement, the ability to upload images, add social links, list under multiple categories, and use tags for better discoverability. It’s designed for those wanting to boost visibility and reach.

Can I edit my listing later?

Yes, once your listing is live, you can log in at any time to make changes. Keep your information current to ensure the best experience for users searching for your service.

How long does it take for my listing to appear?

Listings are reviewed manually for quality and safety. Most are reviewed and published within 24–48 hours, depending on demand.

Can I list more than one service or business?

Yes. If you operate multiple services or brands, you’re welcome to submit separate listings for each, using the same account dashboard.

Do I have to be LGBTQIA+ to list?

No. While this directory is for the LGBTQIA+ community, inclusive allies are more than welcome to list. All we ask is that your service is welcoming, respectful, and safe.

Will I get a confirmation after I pay?

Yes, once your payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email and immediate access to your listing dashboard. Your listing will then be queued for review.

Can I cancel or remove my listing?

Yes. You can deactivate or delete your listing at any time from your account dashboard. You may also contact us directly for assistance.

What types of services are listed?

We list a wide range of services — from healthcare and counselling to tradespeople, community groups, cafes, wellness providers, and everything in between — as long as they are inclusive.

How do you ensure listings are safe and inclusive?

We manually review every submission to ensure it aligns with our values. We also rely on community feedback to uphold the integrity and safety of the directory.

Can I report a business or listing?

Yes. If you come across a listing that does not reflect Rainbow-safe values or is misleading, you can report it directly through the listing page or via our Contact Us form.

How do I suggest a business or service?

If you know of a Rainbow-friendly service not yet listed, contact us via the website. We’ll look into it and encourage the provider to join.

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes. We prioritise privacy and only collect the information needed to manage your account or listing. We never sell or share your data without consent.

Do you offer support for listing setup?

Yes! If you’re having trouble setting up your listing, our team is happy to help. Just get in touch via the Contact Us page and we’ll assist you.

Is the site mobile-friendly?
