5. Listing Guidelines
All listings must provide accurate, honest, and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove listings that are misleading, irrelevant, or violate our policies. Listings must:

Not promote harmful or unsafe practices
6. Free and Paid Listing Policy
Rainbow Directory offers both free and paid listing options. Paid listings include added features such as priority placement and promotional visibility. All transactions are processed securely. No refunds will be provided once a listing is published.
7. Manual Review & Approval
Each listing is reviewed by our team before publication. Approval may take up to 48 hours. We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not align with our values.
8. No Inappropriate or Illegal Content
We prohibit content that is:
Sexually explicit or adult in nature
Illegal, dangerous, or harmful
Promoting hate, conspiracy, or misinformation
Violating any New Zealand laws or digital regulations
9. Community Safety & Reporting
To maintain a safe space, we encourage users to report inappropriate or harmful listings. The Contact Us page allows for anonymous and direct reporting. Repeat offenders will be banned.
10. Communications via Directory
Messages sent via listing contact forms or directory email must be professional and relevant. Spamming, abuse, or unrelated promotions are strictly forbidden.
11. Intellectual Property & Content Use
Users must own or have rights to all content (text, images, videos) submitted. Rainbow Directory reserves the right to edit, promote, and reuse content solely within our platform. Unauthorized use of site materials is not permitted.
12. Advertising & Sponsorship
All advertising placements or sponsorships must be pre-approved by our team. Sponsors and advertisers must adhere to the same community values outlined here.
13. Account Responsibility
